SANYO MAKES A DIFFERENCE

The SANYO Blimp has been used in SANYO's partnership with Believe in Tomorrow™ (formerly known as The Children's Promise Foundation™) in the U.S., and The Children's Wish Foundation in Canada, in giving Blimp rides to hundreds of children with life-threatening illnesses.

Traveling throughout North America, SANYO provides the ride of a lifetime to children's hospital groups. The SANYO Airship is the largest passenger-carrying blimp in North America. The Lightship Group of Orlando, Florida pilots the blimp and serves as the ground crew. In addition, the children and their families enjoy a pre-flight party hosted by our hotel industry sponsors.

These events have meant a great deal to the kids because it is important for children being treated for a life-threatening illness to have the chance to provide support to one another. According to Brian Morrison, the founder of Believe in Tomorrow™, "SANYO and the Lightship Group have helped Believe in Tomorrow™ bring smiles to the faces of some very special young children and teens and given them the opportunity to share their experiences with each other."
